What it does
AI Remodel Visualization takes a photo of an existing space — a bathroom, kitchen, or room — and generates a preview of what that space could look like after the remodel. Show a client a before-and-after side by side, right there in your sales conversation.
It's not a rendering tool that requires design expertise. It's a one-step process built for contractors, not architects.
How it works
- Upload a photo of the existing space on your phone or laptop. A standard job-site photo is fine — no professional photography needed.
- Describe the scope — new tile, updated fixtures, cabinet replacement, paint, or any combination of changes you're proposing.
- The AI generates a preview showing what the finished space could look like based on your description.
The result is a realistic visualization you can share with the client on-screen, include in a proposal PDF, or use during your estimate walkthrough.
Why it matters for closing jobs
Most clients have trouble picturing what they're buying. Words like "subway tile" and "brushed nickel fixtures" don't land the same way as a visual. When a client can see the finished product, they're more confident in saying yes.

To access it, navigate to any estimate and look for the Visualization tab. Upload a photo, describe the work, and generate your preview.
