Company Profile

Settings > Company profile is where you configure the information that appears on every estimate, in the customer portal, and in emails sent to clients. Fill this in before you send your first estimate.

info

For best results, use a logo that is at least 400 pixels wide with a transparent or white background. Square and horizontal logos both work well.

Your logo appears in the header of every estimate, at the top of the customer portal, and in notification emails. If no logo is uploaded, your company name is shown as text instead.

Contractor License Number

Your contractor license number is displayed on estimates below your company name. Including it builds client confidence and may be required in your state for certain permit-pulling jobs.

These two fields are your business exactly as it appears on your government filings, and they are used for carrier/SMS registration only. They are never shown to clients.

Both are required before your AI texting number can be registered. If either one is blank, registration will not start — you will get a "missing required fields" message asking you to complete the business identity fields first. If you are blocked on texting activation, check these two fields.

caution

Legal Business Address is not the same as your Mailing Address. Mailing Address (under Address & contact) is the general company address that prints on estimates. Legal Business Address (under License & legal) is the regulatory address the carriers check against your filings. Filling in one does not fill in the other — set both.

EIN (Employer Identification Number)

Your EIN is used exclusively to register your business with The Campaign Registry (TCR) so your AI voice assistant can send compliant text messages to clients. It is never shown to clients or used for any other purpose.

Unlike Legal Business Name and Legal Business Address, the EIN is optional: sole proprietors can register without one, at a lower daily texting throughput tier. If you do not want to enable AI texting at all, you can leave this field blank. See Activating Your AI Texting Number for the full registration process.
